Registration to be completed directly with the hotel (see Registration) and includes accommodation, breakfast, meals, and conference space.

Double Rooms Village View (single use – 1 pax): EUR 132/ night / room
(3 nights EUR 396)
Double Rooms Sea View (single use – 1 pax): EUR 164 / night / room
(3 nights EUR 492)
Reservations will be assigned according to the order of payment confirmation and availability within the allocated room block.

Booking and payment conditions
To confirm the booking, 100% prepayment of the total amount is required. Until the payment is made and verified, the reservation will NOT be confirmed.

Cancellation policy
At the time of booking, 30% of the total amount is non-refundable.
Up to 30 days before arrival: the 30% remains non-refundable.
Within 30 days prior to arrival: the remaining 70% becomes non-refundable (100% of the total becomes non-refundable).
Invoice The invoice will be issued on the day of check-in with the description: “W4Q workshop attendance” (If you need a company name or tax details, please include them in your booking email.)
