Following the success of the first three editions of the Women for Quantum workshop, we are pleased to announce the fourth. Over the past three years, we have shared our experiences and perspectives on the issue of the glass ceiling and challenging working environments for women in science. We have also identified the causes of these issues and developed strategies for real change. Furthermore, we have established an extensive network of senior scientists and published our Manifesto of Values, see Women 4 Quantum and our article (arxiv and Comm. Phys.), shared our reflections with large audiences invited in numerous public events and for several interviews (see e.g. PRX-Quantum podacast, Atom*innen website), announced the W4Q association hosted by Paris Sorbonne, with an innovative organizational setup suited to our innovative approach, and more recently started tp elaborat effective strategies and policies also in view of the European Quantum Act.

This fourth edition of "Women for Quantum" will bring together a growing team of senior women quantum physicists not only to share their professional experiences and the results of their experimental and theoretical research, but also to take the next major steps in our roadmap towards completing our action plan and starting impactful initiatives that can make a real difference. On this occasion, the event will be held after an international conference organised by W4Q (from 23rd to 25th March 2026), which will be announced soon.

Venue: Maristel Hotel (Estellencs, Mallorca, Spain)

Registration to be completed directly with the hotel (see "Registration" on the top) and includes accommodation, breakfast, meals, and conference space.

The detailed program will be announced soon. It will begin with a welcome session on the day of arrival, the evening of March 25th (transportation organized for participants to the conference). On the last day, please plan your departure at/after lunch.
